We enjoyed our brunch here around 10:30 on 9/9. It was pretty busy, but there was open seating at the bar, so we sat there moments after arriving. We were warmly greeted by the bartender, and our service was great. I ordered the shrimp and grits which was a melting pot of cheesy bacon shrimp awesomeness. I also order the junkyard hash brown casserole which was delicious as well. The coffee was hot and smooth, not bitter. We had a very good time here, and the food was wonderful too.

Had an outstanding brunch at The Toasted Yolk Cafe today! I didn't catch the waiter's name but he was also the bartender. He did an excellent job of making suggestions and was very friendly. I had the Ham & Eggs and it was hot, fresh, and very well cooked! Lots of food! She had the Southern Fried Arnold and it was likewise! Portions were excellent! We both had some kind of watermelon drink with Vodka in it and that hit the spot! Service overall was fast and friendly. The bartender felt like he neglected us and so he added a small discount. Who does that? These guys do! If you haven't been then get out of the IHOP and try them out!

Great food, great service, very yummy!! Coffee is pretty solid as well, it’s worth a trip. However I’m told that it’s pretty crazy in the weekends and I was here during the week.

So many good things to say! Restaurant was very clean, modern and colorful. The atmosphere screams energy and happiness. Food was really good, big servings. They also have options for those with gluten and dairy intolerances, like myself. Coffee was great, came in adorable cups. Will be back on more of my visits to Lubbock.

This place was fantastic. Jada was our waitress, we asked about gluten free options for my husband and she laid them all out for him. Even double checked in the back and asked the chef to switch gloves in between to avoid cross contamination. While he isn’t super sensitive to cross contamination it’s such a gift to have staff that’s responsive to that. He got the eggs and cake what a treat for him to be able to order anything on the menu including French toast! I got the brisket scrambler, wow! So much food and the coffee mugs are adorable. We’d love to have this option in Amarillo!!!
